Ancient Greece Food was not very different from what people in Greece and world over eat today. Their diet was mostly filled with vegetables and fish. The bread they made was mostly out of wheat and barley. Ancient Greeks didn’t eat much meat. They used olive oil for cooking and honey was their only sweetener.

Other ingredients like cheese, olives, onions, peas, and fruits like grapes were a major part of their Ancient Greece Food. They also used many herbs like parsley, mint, coriander, poppy seeds, Silvio etc. The wine was their premium beverage.
